The Tallapoosa County Tourism website launched June,  2019. We are continuing to add attractions and events in Tallapoosa County to the website. Please let us know if we need to add your venue to the website. 

The Tallapoosee County Historical Museum, founded in 1969 is owned and operated by the Tallapoosee Historical Society. The museum is located in downtown Dadeville and maintains 3,600 square feet of donated memorabilia exhibits for local visitors and others from out-of-town and out-of-state. The museum is open Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wellborn Musclecar Museum is devoted to the great American automobiles of the 1960’s and 1970’s, showcasing classics such as the Charger, the Roadrunner, and the Superbee as well as the nation’s largest Dodge car collection.
