Russell Forest Run – 5K and 10K

Join Russell Lands on Saturday, February 25 at 7:45am for the Russell Forest Run. The machine gun start of the 10K run and then again at 7:55am for the 5K run!

Except for the first quarter mile or so, both races are on a sand, clay and gravel surface that is easy on the feet and knees, and you get to experience the beauty of the Russell Forest. As an added bonus, the 10K runners get to climb Heaven Hill for the most spectacular view on the course. There are a few hills, but the last mile or so is almost all downhill. The finish line is near The Stables where you’ll find the post-race party complete with our World-Famous Grits Bar, live music and more!
